    What You'll Do:

    🔹 Drive new member acquisition and upsell existing members into premium packages
    🔹 Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
    🔹 Represent HCoC at events, meetings, and conferences
    🔹 Build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders
    🔹 Use social media (especially LinkedIn) to amplify our reach
    🔹 Hit monthly growth and retention targets
    🔹 Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team

    What You Bring:

    ✅ Proven success in business development or B2B sales
    ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    ✅ A proactive, energetic, and goal-driven mindset
    ✅ Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
