    What You'll Do:

    🔹 Drive new member acquisition and upsell existing members into premium packages
    🔹 Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
    🔹 Represent HCoC at events, meetings, and conferences
    🔹 Build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders
    🔹 Use social media (especially LinkedIn) to amplify our reach
    🔹 Hit monthly growth and retention targets
    🔹 Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team

    What You Bring:

  • Location: Hertfordshire | Type: Full-Time | Salary: Competitive + Commission

    12 Month Period.

    What You'll Do:

    🔹 Engage with members to provide a positive experience throughout their membership
    🔹 Make courtesy calls as directed by the Managing Director and record activity on CRM
    🔹 Arrange 1-2-1 meetings where necessary at Chamber HQ or virtually
    🔹 Support renewal calls before renewal is issued and after payment is received
    🔹 Support the new membership set up process, including invoices and reporting
    🔹 Support Peer-2-Peer introductions
    🔹 Ensure CRM is kept up to date and maintained to a high standard
    🔹 Attend weekly Membership meetings
    🔹 Attend Chamber events when requested
    🔹 Support with table plans prior to Chamber Lunches
    🔹 Cover duties of other Account Managers and the Senior Account Manager when required
    🔹 Support ad hoc projects that require attention, including Council funded packages
    🔹 Complete additional tasks requested by the Managing Director to support revenue and retention
