🔹 Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
🔹 Represent HCoC at events, meetings, and conferences
🔹 Build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders
🔹 Use social media (especially LinkedIn) to amplify our reach
🔹 Hit monthly growth and retention targets

Are you highly organised, detail-driven and passionate about delivering exceptional events? Join Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce and help us deliver high-quality conferences, awards, exhibitions and member events across the region.
What You'll Do:
🔹 Support the planning and delivery of a wide range of business events
🔹 Coordinate event logistics, documentation, briefings, and communications
🔹 Manage bookings, delegate lists, reports and event administration
🔹 Liaise with venues, suppliers, speakers, and internal teams
🔹 Prepare event materials including agendas, itineraries, badges and presentations
🔹 Assist with digital platforms for virtual and hybrid events
🔹 Attend selected events to support set-up, registration and onsite operations
🔹 Maintain accurate event records, databases and contact listsWhat You Bring:
✅ Strong organisational and administrative skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes precisely
✅ Confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels
✅ Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
✅ Competent in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams & PowerPoint)

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce as an Account Manager and help us grow and support our vibrant membership community.
What You'll Do:
🔹 Manage and engage with members to ensure a positive membership experience
🔹 Conduct courtesy calls and one-to-one meetings (in-person or virtual)
🔹 Support membership renewals, new member set-up, and invoice processing
🔹 Facilitate Peer-to-Peer introductions and support funded membership packages
🔹 Maintain and update CRM records to a high standard
🔹 Attend membership meetings and key Chamber events
🔹 Assist with table plans for Chamber lunches and cover duties of other Account Managers as needed
🔹 Participate in ad hoc projects to drive revenue and member retentionWhat You Bring:
