Your Membership is effective from the date we receive your payment

Yes Membership fees are tax deductible. You will receive a VAT receipt for your fees with your membership package. If you are paying in instalments, you will be sent an invoice confirming your payment plan, this can also be used for accounting purposes

Membership can be paid by annual Direct Debit or by credit card online

You will receive a welcome pack email with a full list of benefits and information on how to activate them

We will ask you for your company logo and a link to your website. Your logo will appear on the homepage of the Chamber website from the beginning of the next calendar month after your joining date

The number of event vouchers you have depend on your level of membership. To redemm, all you need to do is tell us you would like to use your voucher and the event. The Voucher entitles you to attend any event, excluding Black Tie events, Conferences and Masterclasses.

The voucher is valid for a year from the date of joining. Each year you renew your vouchers will also renew.

We have a wide range of networking events throughout the county. Check our events calendar or subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates

We can't inform you prior to the event but on the day you will recieve a copy of the delegate list

On arrival to the event we provide you with a name badge and a delegate list

If you see someone on the delegate list that you would like to meet, we will be happy to introduce you to them

We do not supply a database due to GDPR regulations, we do have a an online directory with details of chamber members, and a Membership Directory which is available to Silver members +

If you are a member, your details will be pre-registered on the website. You simply need to type in your email address and follow the prompts that follow to validate your account and set your password.
If you are not a member you can easily make an account on the website, which you will need to do to register for events.

We can provide our logo in EPS format for high quality printing on request. You may only include the Chamber logo whilst your membership is current

Membership terms and conditions
The Registration Fee is a once only payment to cover the Chamber's initial administration costs.
The Membership Subscription to a Chamber of Commerce is a tax deductible item.
Membership will be effective from the date payment is received and will cover a full twelve month period.
Members wishing to retire from the Chamber must give one months written notice.
Members will be liable to full payment of their subscription for that following year, unless one full months’ notice is received by email or letter.
Late payment of fees will incur a 4% charge over and above the bank base rate.
