An introductory workshop on understanding the psychology of stress, its symptoms, causes, and long term effects on general health and well-being. It enables you to start formulating an effective plan of action which when put into regular practice can help you remain calmer and in more in control in difficult situations and drastically reduce your level of anxiety and stress.
