Mobile Accounts Solutions (MAS), based in Hertford, has rebranded as Croft Communications from 18 March 2020 as part of an ambitious expansion plan to become a leading national provider of business telecoms services. As businesses of all sizes and sectors face up to the unprecedented challenges posed by the Coronavirus outbreak, the need for joined up telephony and communication services is greater than ever.

Croft Communications (www.croftcommunications.co.uk) offers tailored communications solutions to SMEs and the public sector, allowing them to save money, whilst simplifying their telecoms real estate, improving collaboration and allowing for more flexible home working.

The name change was prompted as part of a strategic plan to broaden its existing range of mobile, connectivity, hosted telephony and IT support services, with the aim of expanding its offering into utilities at a later date.

Founded in 2006, the company has seen a strong and positive growth trajectory and aims to triple income over the next three years.

A management buyout put Mark Bramley at the helm of the business in 2019 as CEO, alongside Ben Page as Managing Director.

More than just a telecoms provider, Croft works with its clients to provide innovative solutions to their communications challenges in an ever-changing business landscape – reducing costs whilst increasing flexibility and productivity.

Croft Communications maintains a strong regional SME client base in the public, healthcare, education and property sectors amongst others, and is particularly strong in any business sector which employs remote staff. It offers clients a ‘one stop shop’ for all their connectivity needs, from superfast broadband to business phones and hosted telephony, simplifying their internal and external communications.

Collaborations with EE, Daisy, Nine and Gamma and a desire to develop relationships with other telecoms networks will boost their service offering to customers old and new.

Commenting on the rebrand, Mark Bramley, CEO at Croft Communications said:

“The rebrand – our new name and website - is a clear signal to customers, suppliers and employees alike, of Croft Communications growth ambitions and desire to stay one step ahead in a competitive market place.

“Our ability to continue to attract ambitious SME clients looking for a strategic partner to develop lifetime relationships, increased flexibility and a more adaptable and scalable workforce will help us meet our revenue targets.

“Market opportunities such as concerns over cyber security, the rollout of 5G and satellite have the potential to increase the need for an integrated and unified communications solution for many businesses.

“Plus, we’ll continue to provide a second to none service across our public and private sector clients, enhancing this further with a focus on innovation and reliability, whilst further developing our approach to market leading customer service.”
