Event: Junior Warrior Race
When: 25th June 2017
Where: Edge Outdoor Activities, Ware
Teens Unite is proud to introduce the ‘Junior Warrior Race’; a brand new and exciting challenge coming to Ware on 25th June 2017 at Edge Outdoor Activities.
The Junior Warrior Race is an opportunity for children to take on a charity challenge of their own as they complete a muddy obstacle course with over 20 obstacles to conquer along the way.
With a choice of running either the 1km or 2km race route, the challenge is suitable for those aged 4-13 years of age.
Debbie Pezzani, CEO and Founder, Teens Unite has said: “The Junior Warrior Race is a fun and enjoyable way for children in the local area to support Teens Unite and make a difference to other young people who are perhaps less fortunate than themselves.
Completing the Junior Warrior Race will give children a real sense of achievement. They may have seen their parents or family members take on a challenge for charity and now they can do the same in their own way.”
Teens Unite is dedicated to uniting young people from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond. The charity organises workshops and activities that bring young people fighting cancer together so they can meet others their age in a similar situation, so they don’t have to face their illness alone.
A selection of stalls and games can be enjoyed on the day of the event; providing family fun from 9:30am - 1pm.
To register for a place in the Junior Warrior Race, please email firstname.lastname@example.org call 01992 440091.
Tickets cost £12 per child in advance and £15 on the day of the event.
