The ground floor retail unit comprises 4,690 sq ft (435.70 sq m) and is situated in a prominent city centre location on a main arterial route into St Albans. The Co-Operative Group has taken a new 15 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease with five yearly rent reviews. A rent of £95,300 pa was agreed.
