A new business mastermind board designed to shape ambitions, brainstorm strategies and increase the turnover of businesses is launching in Hertfordshire. Aimed at business owners who have reached a turnover in excess of 1 million this innovative approach to business development will enable its members to reach their full potential.
Focussing on key topics of business growth, rather than the day to day tasks of running a business, this will develop business owners to crystallise their own personal vision.
The Alpha Group was launched in 2009 and is now operating in 20 countries. This new Hertfordshire board will bring much needed support to business owners using proven strategy methods. This is for business leaders who are ready for exponential growth.
On 5th June an information event will be held at the Porsche Showroom in Hatfield, sharing details of the benefits, how the sessions operate and how business owners can join.
Jon Kandiah, Regional Director is excited to bring this concept to Hertfordshire. He said ‘The Alpha Group is a powerful programme and can result in the value of the business doubling in just 3 years. Being able to brainstorm strategies that increase turnover, sharing experiences and knowledge and being part of a board of high achieving, ambitious entrepreneurs is a great opportunity for the business owners in this area’
For 25 years Jon has been transforming a wide variety of businesses in the UK. From helping to launch, grow and float Virgin Mobile (achieving a £850m market value in just 5 years) to being part of the merger of T-Mobile and Orange that created EE.
According to the 2018 Scale up Institute Review business leaders want locally delivered solutions that enable better access to local peer-to-peer networks; they value highly local leadership development programmes.
Wikipedia describes a mastermind group as "a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success, and described in more detail in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich."
As he stated ‘“No individual has sufficient experience, education, native ability, and knowledge to insure the accumulation of a great fortune, without the cooperation of other people. Every plan you adopt, in your endeavour to accumulate wealth, should be the joint creation of yourself and every other member of your 'Mastermind' group”
Being part of a mastermind board dramatically increases the chances of a business growing as the quality of decisions improve, more decisive actions are taken, and it helps broaden the business owners’ perspectives. This creates accountability and means challenges do not have to be faced alone.
The new board will meet monthly and starts on 18th June in Hatfield, with plans for 3 groups in Hertfordshire.
