Jennifer Moore, a family law solicitor at Rayden Solicitors has won €500 in the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) European Chapter Annual Award for Young Family Lawyers.
This prestigious award attracts entrants from across Europe. Jennifer was asked to consider a case study focusing on international relocation of children. Essays were judged by a panel of three European judges.
Jennifer, a runner-up in the competition, said “I enjoyed writing the essay very much; the topic of international relocation is one that is very interesting, current and increasing with the rising numbers of cross-border families. I am very pleased and excited to have been placed as a runner up.”
