James Longcroft, Sales Director, of Hertfordshire manufacturing company Silent Sentinel Ltd has been named as a 2020 Export Champion for the East of England, by The Department for International Trade (DIT). DIT has selected James from Silent Sentinel for his success in selling overseas, and in this role, he will be guiding and helping others on their exporting journey.
Export Champions are selected for their approach to growing the UK economy through exporting and their commitment to helping other businesses to do the same by providing peer-to-peer support and advice. Their aim is to encourage companies in their region to start exporting.
Silent Sentinel, which has its base in the UK, design, manufacture, and supply advanced market-leading surveillance systems targeted at the Homeland Security market.
The company has exported to more than 50 countries across six continents and is growing its network of overseas partners, who distribute its products.
