Aitchison Raffety has completed the sale of Beech House, Beech Industrial Centre in St Albans, Hertfordshire, to a private individual for the sum of £1.625 million.

The end of terraced industrial/warehouse unit comprises two storey offices across ground and first floors, and is located within a prominent position at the Beech Industrial Centre, to the north side of St Albans.

The entire site contains 10,848 sq ft (1,007.8 sq m) with industrial space at 8,579 sq ft (796.97 sq m) and offices of 2,269 sq ft (210.81 sq m).

HARBOR SOLUTIONS MOVES INTO ST ALBANS

Aitchison Raffety, acting jointly with Stimpsons, has confirmed the letting of Grade A offices within Trident House, Victoria Street, St Albans, Hertfordshire, to Harbor Solutions.

Harbor Solutions will occupy offices totalling 2,840 sq ft on a new 10 year lease, at a rent of £35 psf.
