Hertford Town Council is proud to announce that, for the third year of this very successful event, they will be showing not one but two film screenings for next year’s Hertford Castle Open Air Cinema (event sponsored by Thomas Childs Estate Agent and The Auto Agency).
Tickets for the ‘Back to the Future’ screening in August sold out months in advance. For 2016, Hertford Town Council is planning to run two different films, one on Friday 26th August and the second on Saturday 27th August.
Tickets will be priced at only £7, and spectators will be able to listen to live music and bring a picnic to enjoy on the Castle lawn before the film starts.
Hertford Town Council would like the public to select the two film choices for next year by voting online here
The ten film suggestions listed are:
- Ferris Bueller’s Day Off
- Indiana Jones
- Monty Python
- Star Wars
- The Blues Brothers
- The Goonies
- Top Gun
- Four Weddings and a Funeral
Voting is open until Friday 20th November, and the results will be publicised shortly after.
