Last week saw the unveiling of Estates Gazette’s Most Active Agents 2014 and to Hertfordshire Chamber Member Brasier Freeth’s delight they once again proved their efforts in the South East can rival that of their national competitors.

The competition results are based on volume of transactions of property acquisitions and disposals completed within various sectors of the commercial property market. Brasier Freeth achieved an impressive second and third place within the South East Office and Retail markets, respectively.

For the second consecutive year the firm’s Business Space and Retail teams fought off strong competition from both national and international agents to achieve podium finishes. More than 450 transactions were completed by the teams in 2014 and early indications suggest that this will be exceeded in 2015.

Once again Brasier Freeth has dispelled the myth that they operate in a restricted area and has shown that their expertise spans the whole of the South East and in the Retail field, right across the UK.

Commenting on the results Brasier Freeth Principal, Peter Brown said, “We’re delighted with the recent results published by Estates Gazette. In an increasingly competitive market our firm is thriving and as the results show we continue to broaden our geographic coverage and strengthen our position.”
