Over 60 riders took part in the fully supported 100km bike ride raising thousands in fundraising for multiple cancer charities on the 8th September.

The ride started from the world-famous Lee Valley VeloPark with the finish line filled with supporters at the challenge sponsor’s Nuffield Health Cambridge gym.

Annie Whillians, Fundraising Executive at Pancreatic Cancer Action commented: “Overall feedback from our participants was positive. Some of the comments included how great the route was, the organisation of the event was very good and overall a largely enjoyable experience.”

Emma Stewart, Classic Challenge Project Manager (organiser of the event) added: “It was a great cycling event with cyclists from all abilities. Some found it easier than others but worked as a team, everyone passed the finish line with a great sense of achievement.”
