Longmores, one of Hertfordshire’s leading firms of solicitors, and Patron of the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce has expanded its Commercial Property department with the recent appointment of a new partner, Stephen Stewart.
Stephen has over 15 years of commercial property practice experience which he will bring to Longmores’ commercial property team. His background includes investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals, development funding and business leases. He also deals with the property aspects of company sales and purchases, which will complement Longmores’ existing commercial services offering.
Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 2000 after a change of career and studying at Oxford University. He trained and qualified at a City firm specialising in commercial property.
Stephen will work alongside the existing Commercial Property team of Liz Gallop, Rachael Spalton and Victoria Sandberg
Longmores is ranked in both the Chambers UK and Legal 500 directories, and holds the Investors In People Gold standard.
