Aitchison Raffety, acting on behalf of a private landlord, has concluded the letting of 1 Holywell Hill, St Albans, to a private individual trading as an independent bookstore.

The shop (comprising 1,800 sq ft) was vacated in the Spring by the previous tenant, Wesley Barrell, after the company entered Administration. Following the loss of this long-established brand in the city we anticipate that the new independent bookstore will be well received.
