Project Administrator – 1 year fixed term contract

About the role

The main purpose of this role is to provide day to day administration support for the delivery of two of the brands within the Exemplas Group; Hertfordshire Growth Hub (www.hertsgrowthhub.com/and Consultancy (Ellenbrooke - https://www.ellenbrooke.co.uk/).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with associates, clients and finance teams including collating timesheets, booking meetings and training.

  • Obtaining client feedback and testimonials

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records

  • Organising meetings, and taking detailed and informative minutes

  • Assisting with the preparation for workshops and events including compilation of delegate lists, delegate packs, slides and supporting materials

  • Providing professional telephone support, booking SME delegates onto workshops and clinics, and engaging with SME clients on an ad hoc basis

About you

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment responding to multiple demands at a time

  • Experience of working in a customer service/ customer facing role previously, previous experience with SMEs an advantage

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as under instruction

  • A team player with good communication skills

  • IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
