A Hertfordshire payroll and bookkeeping company has launched a free advice line to help business owners make sense of the raft of measures available to support small businesses throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
Hitchin-based Modina Bookkeeping and Payroll launched the telephone advisory service following an influx of calls from business owners trying to make sense of the measures put in place by the government to help businesses stay afloat throughout the crisis.
The team of accountants and payroll experts are comprehensively researching the financial packages made available by the government in order to provide the most up-to-date advice.
Sharon Mordecai, Managing Director of Modina, is dedicated to helping businesses make use of the support that is available to them.
She said: “We know these are uncertain times with people not only trying to make sense of what is going on in the world around them but also having to handle the sudden reorganisation of finances to ensure wages, mortgages and bills can be paid.
“After receiving a number of calls from people concerned about cash flow and how they could access finance we decided to do our bit to support the business community by launching a free help line to help people make sense of and access the support available.”
People are invited to call the free helpline on 020 7183 8241 anytime between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or email email@example.com.
