Following on from an inaugural survey of Hertfordshire business some 18 months ago, Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce and Rayner Essex Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers have once again joined forces to launch a new survey.
The survey will follow the successful format used previously. Rayner Essex will contact Chamber Members and businesses drawn from its own client base to gather feedback on a wide range of issues that include; growth plans, key skills needed by business, views on National Government policy and views on Hertfordshire as a base for business.
The survey will be carried out at the beginning of 2013 with the results shared with interested parties at a breakfast seminar in March. As with the last survey the results will be available via the Chamber web site and the Rayner Essex site.
Commenting on the survey Chamber Chief Executive Tim Hutchings said:
“We are launching the survey at a very interesting time in the economic cycle. There has been some positive news reported on the UK economy in recent weeks but it is very hard to judge the trend. This survey will help us ascertain the views of Hertfordshire business and as such should prove to be a useful strategic planning resource for our Members and businesses across the County.”
Rayner Essex Partner Antony Federer said:
“Our last survey generated a great deal of interest and I am delighted that we are launching a new survey. This is a detailed undertaking and will involve some 100 or so personal interviews with senior business people within Hertfordshire and as such I am sure the results will once again be awaited with interest.”
