Quanta Consultancy Services Limited, a global recruitment consultancy based in Berkhamsted specialising in supplying skilled engineers to the Energy and Life Science industries, has found an innovative way of motivating staff, whilst helping local charities.
The staff earn points by simply undertaking their normal duties, and these points convert into pounds. Hence, the more effective they are, the more is raised for the charities the company has chosen to support. By arranging interviews, making calls to clients or placing candidates with multi-national companies, plus many other tasks, the charities benefit. Quanta continuously seek to recruit motivated staff to enable the company grow and therefore contribute even more to their chosen charities.
On 17th February the Quanta C.E.O, Stephen Trigg, handed over two cheques for £5000 each. One was for The Pepper Foundation, who provide palliative care for life-limited children locally. The other was for Thomley Hall Centre who provide support for families with children who suffer from Autism. They are based in their own special education centre in Worminghall, Bucks.
Stephen is seen with his wife, Janet, handing over cheques to John Allwood from the Pepper Foundation and Warren Koehler and Harriet Hiatte-Smith from Thomley.
