Polled over 1,000 firms, this research tells the story of many small businesses’ agility and entrepreneurialism as they adopt new digital practice and tools in response to coronavirus.
It found that two fifths of small business have moved online due to the pandemic and over a third now view digital skills as a key focus area. Furthermore, despite 57% believing their profits will reduce by half, businesses are demonstrating their resilience and agility. One third consider the changes they have made to their business as positive and 34% now feel confident about the future.
