Hertfordshire based chartered surveyors and business space experts Brasier Freeth have announced the appointment of Abi Hall as their new Marketing Director. This key appointment forms part of the firm's future growth strategy as they continue to strengthen their market position developing both their local and national client base.

Abi joins Brasier Freeth this month from local business support organisation Wenta, where she has spent the past 12 years working within their senior management team to establish the organisation as one of the leading Enterprise Agencies in the country. In 2009 she was awarded Chartered Marketer status by the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Most recently, as their Head of Marketing since 2011 she was responsible for the groups online and offline marketing activities. There she gained a wealth of knowledge promoting both their commercial activities including a property portfolio comprising of 145,000 square feet of net letting space and also their social purpose as an enterprise agency offering a range of business advisory services and education programmes.

Brasier Freeth had a promising start to 2014 receiving industry recognition when they were awarded ‘Most Active Agent in Hertfordshire 2013’ for the seventh consecutive year by Estates Gazette. This was then followed up last month when they were recognised once again by Estates Gazette in their Most Active Agent Deals Competition rankings based on transactions during 2013. Brasier Freeth received top 5 places for the regions they operate including 2nd place for South East office transactions, 3rd place for South East retail transactions and 5th place for Greater London retail transactions.
