The Hertfordshire Tourism and Leisure Partnership takes a giant stride forward this week in its quest to promote the sector in Hertfordshire to residents and visitors alike with the launch of its new website

The site features places to stay, places to visit, a calendar of great events and much more.  The second phase of the website, which is already under underway, will feature an Eating Out Guide, Shopping Guide, Theatre Section and even a section for Group Visits to the County.

Chairman of the Hertfordshire Tourism and Leisure Partnership, Tim Hutchings, said: “We are delighted with this new web site. Hertfordshire is one of the country’s best kept secrets and we expect the site to play an important role in uncovering its many mysteries. Whether you are a resident looking for a day out or visiting the county there is something for you”

“The site will continue to be developed and over the coming weeks we will be adding all sorts of new information including details of yet more inspected accommodation.  Whether you are seeking leisure opportunities, somewhere for visitors to stay or simply here on business, should be your first port of call”.

“Our aim is to become the definitive site for visitors from both home and abroad.  You will be able to find everything you need to know about places to stay, attractions to visit as well as what’s on in Hertfordshire”
