Lee Ryan; supporter of Teens Unite and front man of the hit boy band, Blue appeared on ITV’s ‘Big Star’s Little Star’ on 2nd March, raising £1,000 for Teens Unite.

The prime time TV programme is a quiz show with a difference. Hosted by Stephen Mulhern, the comedy game show features celebrities and their child or grandchild taking part in a series of amusing rounds to be in with a chance of winning up to £15,000 for a charity of their choice.

Lee Ryan made his appearance alongside six year old son, Rayn. Sadly they didn’t make it through to the final, but still walked away with an incredible amount of money for Teens Unite.

Lee’s decision to support Teens Unite follows his attendance at a Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea the charity held for young people fighting cancer and their parents in 2014 at The Colonnade Hotel, London.

Debbie Pezzani, CEO and Founder, Teens Unite has said: “The young people and their mums loved meeting Lee at our afternoon tea. He was lovely company and really understood the charity and the work we do. It’s touching to know that he still thinks of us and supports us as and when he can.”
