On Friday 7th December, Ashbourne lifted the trophy at the SME National Business Awards at Wembley Stadium as the winners of the “Best Customer Service” award at a gala black tie dinner for 650 finalists, guests, sponsors and VIPs. The event was hosted by Layla Anna-Lee, last year’s co-host of the Best FIFA Football Awards.
Twenty four category winners and runners-up won at Wembley on Friday, however “Best Customer Service” was decided solely by public vote, offering the ultimate endorsement from first hand customer experience. Customer service is an ongoing process. Ashbourne won the 2018 title by exceeding customer expectations before, during and after every sale, building long-term customer relationships and providing a service that is consistently outstanding.
