This Thursday 7th March as part of the 12th annual National Apprenticeship Week, Hart Learning & Development (Hart L&D), the apprenticeship arm of North Hertfordshire College, is hosting the first of a monthly ‘Drop In’ at the College’s Stevenage campus from 3.30pm until 5pm.
Businesses who are interested in hiring an apprentice are welcome to pop in and get some expert advice about how easy it is to take on an apprentice and speak to other employers who are already working with us. Hart L&D currently works with businesses across a range of sectors from SMEs to large corporates. Well known companies include Lloyds Banking Group, Ocado, GKN, Ramsay Health Care, Allied Bakeries and Hertfordshire County Council. We provide apprenticeships from the age of 16, from level 2 (the equivalent of five good GCSEs) to higher level apprenticeships up to level 5.
According to government statistics, most employers are positive about the benefits of recruiting apprentices: 78% of employers report improved productivity, 74% report improved product or service quality and 83% would recommend apprentices to other businesses.
If you would like to attend this Drop In or subsequent events which will take place on the first Thursday of every month please email firstname.lastname@example.org
