Following the Prime Ministers announcement of a curb on movement we, in line with all non essential businesses, are temporarily closing our office and are unable to accept visitors. 

If you do have documentation for processing please still continue to send in via eCert. 

Normal Post is still being received and is being dealt with, but turnaround may necessarily be a little slower than usual. 

We are unable to accept credit/debit card payments but, where required, payment may be made by BACS. Please call or email for details. 

Also Arab-British Chamber of Commerce (A-BCC) documentation is still available but some Arab Embassies are closed, and Ramadan has started. The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) Apostille service is available on a limited service. Any documentation sent in will be processed, but will face delays.

Switzerland, Mexico and Chile have agreed temporarily to accept electronic sigantures on EUR1's on electronic platforms. The Chamber eCert system has been updated accordingly. HMRC are continuing to work with other countries to persuade them to also accept e-signatures and we will keep you updated.

With immediate effect the Turkish authorities will accept electronic documents. In order that the Turkish authorities can verify documentation if required, please ensure the exporters email address is in Box 1. If little space please reduce your building address to ensure the email is enclosed.
