Excellence in Customer Commitment

This award will recognise a business that has a customer centric vision and has developed a strategy that has measurably improved its customer satisfaction rating. Companies must demonstrate how outstanding customer focus has led to increased competitive advantage and business results.

The judges will be looking for:

  • A clear strategic plan, driving relationship, marketing and growth. 
  • An integrated, customer driven culture, that persuades people, processes and systems to deliver excellence throughout the customer journey. 
  • Evidence of how this strategic vision has impacted financial performance and long term sustainable competitive advantage
