Debt Recovery: How to ensure your business gets paid

The next in a series of Webinar Events that the Herts Chamber have organised in these challenging times in order to continue supporting our members and non-members, and to provide vital information that businesses may need.

Join us with Chamber Patron Longmores Solicitors on 16th September, as we discuss the topic of debt recovery. Managing the cash flow of your business is important at any time and critical during the recession caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Nat Young will outline the steps you can take to ensure your business gets paid and the solutions you can put in place if payments are late. In addition, Rina Sond will run through the different contract terms that can help your business minimise late payments.

After the presentation there will be a Q&A for all delegates. We encourage everybody to ask questions, however big or small they may seem.  You can ask a question on the day or, submit a question in advance when booking your place.

Nat Young is the solicitor in charge of Longmores’ Fixed Fee Debt Recovery Scheme. Having spent nearly two decades in the profession, he has particular expertise in insolvency law, which means he is well-placed to advise even on the most difficult cases.
