Whether you are a working for yourself, a business owner or employee – how do you know what kind of leader you are? What is your leadership style? How do you define and find a style that suits you and gets you the results you desire in your career or business?
Sometimes, we can feel like an imposter, as though we are putting on an act and sometimes that means we haven’t quite defined a personal and professional leadership style that is true to us. And throughout our careers, and working lives, different situations call for different leadership styles. Sarah will explore what those styles are, and when you may want to bring them to the fore. Lively and engaging, this discussion will help you to identify you strengths as a leader, and when to flex your style. Sarah will also share insights from her career around this subject.
