Please be aware that the advice lines will be fully operational during the crisis and all our advisors are able to work remotely. HR services are one of the hottest tickets in town at the moment, a trend that looks set to continue for some time to come, so now is a good opportunity to remind your members of what they have access to.  As you might imagine call volumes are very high so please ask members to be patient.
