The annual membership subscription depends on the number of full time employees your business has but starts from as little as £3 a week.

If you are a sole trader, we now offer a membership rate of £100 + VAT paid by direct debit only on a quarterly basis.

HCCI has two membership packages Membership Plus, which is specifically designed to support companies with fewer than 10 employees, the Membership Plus 2 package is designed for those with between 11 - 49 employees.

If your company has been trading for less than 12 months, HCCI has a Business Start Up Scheme available for £100 + VAT.  This is complemented by discounts provided by The British Chambers of Commerce that will assist you during the early months of trading.  Details of these extra discounts can be found at www.thebusinessstartup.co.uk. 

Direct Debit:
If you wish to pay by Direct Debit please complete the attached form. Payment by Direct Debit will attract a 10% discount.

Notes:

  • The Registration Fee is a once only payment to cover the Chamber's initial administration costs.
  • The Membership Subscription to a Chamber of Commerce is a tax deductible item.
  • Membership will be effective from the date the application is received and will cover a twelve month period.
  • Any member wishing to retire from the Chamber must give written notice to that effect to the Secretary at least one month before the day upon which the subscription for the following year shall next be due, or such member will be held liable for the payment of the subscription for that following year.
