Sunnyside Rural Trust is a Registered Charity and social enterprise that provides employment and training opportunities for young people and adults with learning disabilities.Established since 1990, theyoperate from 3 sites, Berkhamsted, Northchurch and Hemel Hempstead with another separate main office in Berkhamsted High Street. The charity provides a valuable and popular service which aims is to enhance the lives of over 120 trainees.

 

The appointment of a Finance Officer will strengthen the current senior management team and provide additional resources to ensure Sunnyside Rural Trust have robust financial systems. The ideal candidate will be person centered and committed to their work.  Enthusiastic and motivated, you will be working within a supportive team to deliver a high quality service.  Excellentcommunication, an open and inclusive working style and team working skills are essential. You will need a background in bookkeeping or management accountancy.

 

Working hours:Full time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9-5pm.  There may be some weekend and out of hours work required. Flexible working hours can be negotiated.

 

Salaryis dependent upon skills & experience and is part of the pay scale £30,391-£36,057.  Sunnyside Rural Trust also offersa range of attractive staff benefits including pension and generous annual leave.
