A lion, a wardrobe and a winter wonderland scene will be the setting for party goers at Lee Valley White Water Centre when they sit down to the centre’s delicious Christmas party fare this December.

Live music and a Christmas Market, as well as a chance to visit Santa will also be part of the seasonal fun.

The Narnia themed Christmas parties at the centre on Thursday  15 and Friday 16 December are available for corporates  and groups, with a three course meal with wine, priced from £35 per person. Step through the wardrobe, push though the old coats and enter the enchanted world of Narnia, then hit the dance floor with friends and family while the DJ entertains through the night with a mix of party classics and Christmas hits. As well as the Narnia themed  parties, the centre in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, is also offering  Christmas lunches on several dates in December, for groups of six or over, with a delicious three course meal, starting at £20 per person. Whether you like the traditional turkey or favour a fish or vegetarian dish, the centre’s delicious Christmas menu covers a wide choice.

The Christmas lunches are available on 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 21, 22 and 23 December and includes a three course meal, a glass of wine - red, white or rose - or soft drink and Christmas crackers. Alternatively, visitors can simply attend the festive Friday Night in Narnia Live music event in The Terrace Bar & Café on 16 December for just £5 (from 20:00) and the entry fee includes a welcome drink.

For all the family,there is a lively Christmas Market over the weekend of Saturday17 and Sunday 18 December between  12:00 and 20:00, with an evening market on the Friday before (16 December) from 19:00 to 23:00.

From quirky gifts to dazzling decorations, the free market offers an opportunity to discover a host of presents for Christmas, with an array of arts and craft stalls, food stands and exhibitors from local businesses, as well as seasonal entertainment.

And during the same weekend (17 and 18 December), children will have a chance to meet Santa between 12:00 and 17:00 with their Christmas wish list and receive a special gift before Santa heads back to the North Pole to prepare for his busiest night of the year. (Price £5pp).
