Ian Abrey, former partner at international accounting group firm Mazars LLP, has joined Hillier Hopkins LLP to head up their Personal Tax team. 

Ian was a partner and head of personal tax services to private clients in the London City office of Mazars LLP (formerly Neville Russell) before making the move to Hillier Hopkins’ Private Client Department based at their Hemel Hempstead office.

Ian has 26 years experience in personal tax with a wealth of experience in estate planning and trusts, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax and the new regime for non-domiciliaries. Ian commented “I am very much looking forward to getting to know the clients and to working with a more local firm where private client work is close to their heart”.
