We will help you choose a dedicated person who can take charge of organising the development of your staff, attract funding and help you achieve a flexible and multi-skilled workforce? We will train them in how to identify the development needs of your organisation, develop solutions to these needs and evaluate their success. North Hertfordshire College in conjunction with 16 partners (private providers and colleges across the east of England) has launched the Workplace Learning Champions project which will run until Dec 2010. Using a partnership of different types of providers has ensured that delivery is flexible to meet your needs.
This exciting new project gives non-unionised businesses of fewer than 250 employees a valuable opportunity to improve the skills, performance and motivation of their workforce - FREE of charge (part funded by the ESF and co-financed by the LSC).
The initiative will support organisations to adapt to external trends, develop collective and individual learning, and achieve greater productivity.
