Hertfordshire Public Health in partnership with Business in the Community would like to invite you to join them at their Annual Workplace Wellbeing Conference on Wednesday 25th March 2015 at the Fielder Conference Centre, Hatfield between 9.30am – 2.30pm.

This FREE event offered as part of the Hertfordshire Healthy Workforce project will focus on demonstrating the benefits of how good employee wellbeing can improve business productivity.

Last year 172 million working days were lost due to employee absence costing UK businesses £13 billion.

This will be an opportunity to hear first hand from some of the local businesses that have been working with Business in the Community and the Hertfordshire Public Health Team during the last year to improve employee wellbeing in the workplace.

Organisations who will be showcasing their own case studies and how employee wellbeing has impacted on their productivity include NGK Spark Plugs, UK Power Networks, Hertfordshire Constabulary and North Hertfordshire College.

Breakout sessions will also look at:

“The impact of improving mental wellbeing in the workplace”

“How Workplace Health Champions can impact on your wellbeing strategy”

“Mini health checks – creating a self-awareness for your employees”

“The Business in the Community Workwell model to support your wellbeing strategy”

We hope you will join us on Wednesday 25th March.
