Continuing To Work Over a Disruption Period
If you are required to operate away from your normal business premises:
· Provide initial notification of business interruption to customers, suppliers and others who you deal with through the course of your commercial operations.
· Do you have other offices which you can relocate staff to or do you need to consider temporary relocation. If so, provide a central point of contact for your business. Reroute your telephone, faxes and emails to this new address and consider adding a temporary notice to your website with the details.
· If you have lost warehouse facilities for retail goods or other consumables, consider alternative arrangements to fulfil contractual obligations or consider whether you need to advise clients now that their orders cannot be met.
· Consider making arrangements to secure/relocate stock to avoid contamination?
