Breakfast went down very well at the EHBBC event, hosted by Wilkins Kennedy and NatWest Bank on 11th June 2015, which continued its 12 year success at a brand new location which catered for more than 70 guests.
The venue, Three Lakes Restaurant at Westmill Farm in Ware, was selected following a surge in the number of members, causing the EHBBC event to move from its usual venue, Theobald’s Park Hotel in Cheshunt.
Wilkins Kennedy and NatWest Bank were joined by sponsors, Lombard, who presented two speakers. Topics covered renewable energy and how the technologies can benefit business, as well as how taxable offsets can be advantageous to companies and drivers that use a Benefit in Kind (BIK) incentive.
Tim Croft, Managing Partner at Wilkins Kennedy’s Hertford office, said: “EHBBC is one of the most successful networking events in Hertfordshire and it was important to us and NatWest to continue to attract all kinds of businesses from around the county to network in a like-minded environment – and the venue has a large part to play in that. Westmill Farm provided a professional, good quality environment and our guests were very complimentary on our choice.
“The Q&A session afterwards revealed our captive audience’s questions for the speakers and without doubt this was one of our most successful events yet.”
The next EHBBC event will be held on Tuesday 15th September, with guest speaker Neil Parker, Senior Economist from NatWest Bank.
