One of the first recipients of the Test Trading Grant is Bipin Patel, who is using the opportunity to promote “Bipin’s Masala”, a range of authentic Indian curry pastes.

Cllr Simon Speller, Executive Member for Economy, Enterprise and Transport, said, “These grants can help some new businesses to get off the ground and can help some existing small businesses to try out some new ideas.  This is a good example of the Council working in partnership with the BTC to help promote enterprise and innovation in the town in practical ways.”
