We are delighted to announce that Phil Thompson, Executive Chef, at Brocket Hall’s hugely successful restaurant Auberge du Lac has received his first Michelin Star.  

Phil joined Auberge du Lac in 2002 following engagements at L'Escargot, the Lanesborough and the Orrery.

In 2005, following the ‘departure’ of Jean-Christophe Novelli, Phil was appointed as Executive Chef.
