Apprenticeship training delivery has been given a massive boost thanks to the acquisition of well-established OFSTED grade 2 providers, All Trades Training Ltd (ATT) by leading training and skills provider The Consultancy Home Counties Ltd (TCHC).

 

Dale Morgan, CEO of the TCHC Group, announced that with the acquisition of ATT the Apprenticeship offering will be strengthened and improved thanks to the combined expertise of both companies.   ATT staff will continue to provide an excellent service to employers and apprentices they are currently working with and the TCHC Group guarantees that there will be no disruption caused by the acquisition.

 

Dale Morgan said the company was delighted to have acquired ATT and its qualified team of Apprenticeship experts. “TCHC and ATT have a very similar ethos and commitment to our learners,” he explained. “Joining forces can only be good news for the apprentices and employers who are already on our respective books, as well as those who will use our combined service in the future.”

 

TCHC already offer Apprenticeships in retail, business administration, management, customer service and team leading, but thanks to the acquisition of ATT they will be able to expand their offer to include Apprenticeships in the construction, health and social care, and digital sectors.

 

All Trades Training Limited was acquired for an undisclosed price and the director's are:-

Billy Morgan, Laurie Kay JP and Rose Lavin.
